Books on organization in the kitchen

Hi there, I really enjoyed chefsteps getting organized videos from years ago and I was wondering if there is any bibliography in which I could expand further. I’m finding difficult to search it by myself as most cooking books that I found are centered on recipes or techniques. Many thanks in advance! As a designer the only reference that I know is Olt Aicher’s the kitchen is for cooking but this is more about space design rather than how to work in the kitchen.

thanks, it would be about how to organize things when preparing, cooking, cleaning and so on. You always find bits and pieces when reading and watching recipes but I was wondering if there are books describing the whole process. I’m an amateur but even professional books would be helpful. Thanks again!
