Water level too low...any help please

First time using it, brand new out the box and I’ve tried different levels of water and gone through all the troubleshooting possible and still get the same result

How far up the unit did the water come up? Did you submit a ticket through the app?

I believe it uses electrical conductance to measure the water level. Sounds like you have a defective unit. Contact customer service and they'll rapidly ship you a new one.
