Yep, I've got a tool cabinets and chests on my wishlist.....I'd like to convert my kitchen to portable so I can roll it out into or onto a screened porch or gazebo in the summer.....

Realistically there is not a lot on my list this year. I have a small apartment and that limits pretty significantly what I can have. I plan on getting a new hood for my stove relatively soon, and in the New Year I will probably buy a high powered blender.

A nice blender and pressure cooker are both on my list. My budget does not really afford me high end items, and my tastes and desire for quality does not allow me to buy cheap stuff... haha

I am thinking a Chemex and perhaps a sieve is pretty doable

Waring Xtreme Blender. Manresa, Daniel: My French Cuisine, and a few smaller things like gelatin sheets, skillet, and fish spatula are the highlights. Will probably buy myself Alleno's 4 Seasons at Table No. 5, and a #120 sieve to compliment my #60 and that blender if it shows up.

I easily have the smallest apartment of anyone on this site and at this moment am not sure where I will be storing some of these items as my various pots, pans, Anova unit, books, and plenty of other things are taking up all available space. My Anova unit currently (b/c it is not in use) sits in a bag on one of my kitchen chairs. I really wanted a pressure cooker but there is no room for it. Oh Christmas....

Yeah, my entire holiday wish list is cooking-related this year. Prolly get another knife and some other widgets from here, cookbooks galore, commercial blender, random small tools. Hopefully the next year will see us move to proper SV cooking (circulators, sealers, etc) and put the improvised methods at our back, but I think getting that stuff for hols is probably a bit optimistic.
