Joule in Europe / France ?

I did not follow Joule after the Breville acquisition because I have been too busy loving my Joule and cooking! ;-)

Unfortunately, my Joule, a 220V model for France, died on me last night... No light, no flow, nothing.

Before the acquisition, Joule was sold through Amazon in France but it is no longer available online. I contacted customer support to get a replacement. Hopefully, they will reply soon.

Does anyone has experience in Europe in 2020 or 2021 with replacement / buying Joule 220V models?

They must have stopped making them. Not listed on Sage UK website (Breville in Europe).

Got my 220 volt replacement today. Directly from Amazon through Joule.

Great support. Super happy to cook again.

Hopefully, Breville will release a new model soon too.

I live in UK but I am from Greece and I want to buy Joule. Apparently I dont know from which Amazon I should get it in order to function properly in both countries. I dont know if I buy a european version and use an UK adapter will do the job or the opposite.

PS: it is unavailable as well as everywhere

Thanks for your question! Currently ( as you noted), we don't have Joule available in the EU/UK. We look forward to being able to offer Joule again in the EU/UK but sadly we don't have a date with certainty on when this will happen. Once we have more news, we will be able to answer your questions!
