Turkey brine idea

Hey all, would it be a good idea to do injection brine with 5% salinity turkey jus gras? Do you think it would work / be delicious?

Not as a brine per se........You may consider doing the injection brine and then inject the jus (not 5% salted) just prior to serving. saw this done by Heston B on roasted chicken and it works quite well.
