Does anyone have any experience using a beverage fridge (with built in fan) to age subprimals of meat? With or without salt on the bottom? Thanks!

I converted a refrigerator using a power controller that monitored temperature and humidity. I used a small humidifier. I added a small fan, which was on constantly, to aid in circulation. Worked like a charm! I thought I posted it here, but I can't immediately locate that. I'll keep looking. No reason a beverage fridge couldn't work.

Yes to both questions. Controlled the fridge and humidifier with one of these: Inkbird 1800W Temperature & Humidity Controller ITC-608T Pre Wired Plug Thermostat Humidistat Digital Temp RH Probe 2 Stage Outlet. It works great.

I have that controller already for my koji incubator. Time for another one! And just use an ultrasonic humidifier for humidity right?
