I need Joule oven interior cooking space dimensions. I would use it to bake a high rising bread in a 9x4 x4" high Pullman pan, and the bread rises a bit above the pan top. Which means a bread pan siting on the lowest rack needs at least 4.25" to the top without touching the elements or getting close enough to any top element to burn the crust. Can someone possibly measure this for me? I can't find any interior cooking room dimensions on this site or on Breville. I would call Breville, but their agents may only have access to the dimensions in their literature and these aren't on their specs list.
