Advantech Sieves

Hey Guys,

I know chefsteps is using the advantech Sieves but I did Not figure out which ones they are using exactly.

Formerly they would recommend a 250 micron, a 125 micron, and a 75 micron. They did most of their purees through #80 and often #120.
