Hey everyone I got joule about 5 years ago in the UK. It was a gift brought from a friend in the US. More often than not I experienced issues saying "joule lost power" but with persistent attempts I was able to get it going. I was told by joule support that it wasn't designed to work in Europe. In the pas year or so I did periodical attempts to start it, following all cleaning guides and vinegar baths. However all of the above was unsuccessful. The time came to move house and i eventually had to let go. Sad I know... My question therefore is, can i buy joule anywhere in the world these days? Is there anticipated new release in future?
