I looked at that one and went with the GE line and absolutely love it. I don't have a need for the dual oven so if that's a need on your end, the cafe line may be the way to go.

I don't have a sous vide sensor via stove top. If you're referring to the oven internal probe, yes it works decently, but I still prefer to use a thermoworks probe (habit)
