Does an insulated covered bath change how turbo works ?

For Turbo cooks specifically, the container should be uncovered. Turbo takes advantage of evaporative cooling and a lid would slow down how fast the bath can cool down. For normal sous vide cooks with a Joule Turbo, an insulated, covered bath is totally fine!
