I don't think you can upload directly. You can upload to youtube and when you post a link it will show up in-line properly.

Upload your video to YouTube, so if it's from the phone there should be some sharing options directly from your phone. Then take the YouTube link and paste it in your comment here and the video should show up as something we can click on and view directly here
