Cleaning Rust Residue Off a Circulator
Scott_18151
After doing a 48hr. cook with my circulator I realized that some of the racks (which I thought were stainless) that I used to seperate bags in the bath started to rust. Some of the rust residue has now covered my circulator and I wanted to know what the best method would be of cleaning the rust off. I have run the circulator in vinegar, baking soda and detergent baths and have been able to scrub most off but there are some areas I can't get to. The circulator in question is the Polyscience Pro Chef and are the rational oven detergent or rinse pucks alright to use on this model?
Thanks in advance.

I'd try scrubbing with detergent and one of those Mr. Clean sponges so you don't scrape it.
