Liss Professional Series Cream Whipper.......

I saw in the whipping siphon class that either an Isi or Liss whipper is recommended.

Liss has their one quart all-stainless steel professional series cream whipper plus a free box of 50 chargers and free shipping for $120.00 until the end of the month.

I like the fact that it's all-stainless steel.

Is this a good deal?

Are there any major disadvantages to the Liss in comparison to an Isi?

I'm pretty curious about this too, I currently have a berghoff that says it's only for cold items and I'm interested in one that can be used for hot and cold

I'm going with the iSi Profi Plus.

Liss whippers are, without a doubt, very well made but they lack many of the accessories that are available from iSi.

Support doesn't appear to be as robust either.

Personally I have no experience with the Liss whippers—I'm sure they're fine though. But for full disclosure, iSi has been supportive of ChefSteps and provided us with a bunch of whipping siphons to use when filming the course (but that's it).
