Since
this link no longer links to Control Freak recipes, is there anywhere that contains the recipes/ingredient guides created by Breville? It's great to have recipes on Chefsteps, but sometimes I need a temperature for something basic, like bacon, which was a royal pain to find (I ended up ballparking at 325°F).
It's really difficult to justify a $1500 appliance that no longer has basic recipes supplied by the manufacturer. I went with the commercial version of the Control Freak assuming that a touchscreen would be a hindrance. The lack of guides anywhere online but the embedded memory in the CFH makes me reconsider the commercial unit.
