I've had it for 3 or 4 months and am realizing now (after making soup yesterday and talking to Chris) that while I appreciate the smaller amount of space it takes up compared to a full height pan, a full height pan would probably be better for what I want to use it for. Since they are the same price I asked about exchanging it for a full height pan but I was told no because it is outside their 30 day return policy. That is fair, but I really don't want to be stuck with both half height and full height bottom pans.
Would anyone be interested in purchasing my 12 inch half height stainless steel bottom pan from me? I have used it maybe 4 or 5 times and have hand washed it after each time. It is honestly like new. For those who aren't quite familiar with this, it is the pan that catches the food material that is passed through the sieve. I am NOT selling the sieve, just the bottom pan.
