Any reccomendations on a heavy duty meat grinder that can be used at home, and also, applied professionally outside of the home when needed? Also looking for a great meat slicer that can be applied at home as well as professionally. Looking for one that is low maintenance and stainless steel whenever possible. Also not looking to break the bank, but willing to splurge if necessary.
I was looking at hobart, but they are ~10k and is definitely outside of my budget. Looking to spend around 2K +/- 2K all together.
