Not sure

trough if there are just nerves reacting or the squid actually is still alive.

I have seen some other vids with filet fish still alive. I consider this type

of culinary extravaganza a perversion as it shows no respect to the creature.

It's dead, the sodium from the soy sauce is reacting with it to make it dance around as far as I have been told.
