Electric Pressure Cooker

I was gifted a Cuisinart electric pressure cooker but it only reaches 10psi. Am i able to convert recipes that call for 15psi or should i just put it in the Garage Sale pile and buy a stove top 15psi one?

Yeah, I have one of those and for many uses it is fine.. it will cook your beans lovely for example. But for some modernist uses it might not work quite right.

Thanks @Michael_Natkin . I might keep it around or try and sell it to put towards a new one. So I'm assuming I can't just cook it longer to adjust for the lack of psi?
