How about a steak a steak that is vaccum packed and then placed into a metal sphere and filled with water and has a pressure release that vents the above boiling temp water after it has reached a designated cooking temp for X amount of time, it will still be frozen on impact but atleast the water could trap enough heat to cook the steak more than raw before the water is vented of freezes...
