Oat ice cream

Any one have a really good oat ice cream/sorbet recipe, thats suitable for a pacojet. would be great if you could share it.

I don't, but my inclination would be to toast the oats, then infuse them for a good long time into a standard, unflavored base that already works for you - I'd probably do that sous vide, then strain and continue with your normal process. You'll need more base than usual because of course the oats are going to absorb quite a bit of liquid that you won't be able to extract back out of them.

Oats release a lot of starch, so maybe use that to your advantage and try and do something like a pudding based ice cream like this

Toasting should help a bit with the thickening, but another suggestion would be to use groats.

What a fantastic idea. I want some immediately. Post a recipe when you find one you like?
…and with chewy/crunchy groat bits mixed in… maybe chocolate coated… or apples.
