Introducing Me!

Hi, I'm Lynn. I stumbled across this website today....looking, as always, for an inexpensive way to learn more about cooking. I consider myself a "basic" cook - cooked for my family for over 30 years, and didn't give anyone food poisoning! I've wanted to learn more, but can't afford to leave house and home for a 6 month adventure at a residential cooking school. Anyhow, here I am, looking forward to learn at a leisurely pace ...

Welcome @Lynn! This is a great site for learning and sharing. The courses are fantastic and the fact you can learn at your own pace and always have access to the content makes them more than........courses. IMHO. You may find yourself going back to them a few times. :-)
