Creative just arrived. Broken!

Just unpacked my Creative, already had food lined up. Hook it all up and when I turn it on it runs for about 10 seconds, beeps 3 times then turns off. Reset the temp over heat sensor but it didn't help. So much for paying for overnight shipping. Have to wait until tomorrow to call PolyScience.

I ordered mine through ChefSteps, drop shipped from PolyScience and it has worked great. Customer service here was fantastic -- I ordered it on New Year's and they were worried about the two day delivery I asked about. Very cool.

Oh I wasn't clear. I played with the low water float. Reassembled and all is well. I'm at temp now and Blumenthah eggs about to go in.

Keep trying ... I had similar issues but after a few attempts it's now running like a charm.

@seijoed calmed me down, I pulled the back cover. Low water float was stuck. Contrary to the manual it doesn't say E2 on the screen when it detects low water, it beeps 3 times.
