@Nick, try the forums on eGullet.org. There are lots of threads there pertaining to cooking your way through various books. Specifically, both Modernist Cuisine and MC@Home.

Haha, thanks Jack. I've been searching eGullet for threads on cooking your way through a cookbook. Haven't really found any yet, but I keep getting distracted by my own links! I'm just glad I haven't found one for Bouchon Bakery yet!
