Chopped Liver

Hi ChefSteps World,

I am wondering if any one would share knowledge about Chopped Chicken Liver? I'd like to take my husband down memory lane to his Grandmother's kosher kitchen in Chicago. We would love to reminisce about the old and embrace the new recipes.

I am trying to put up a recipe but the computer is throwing a fit. Check back later today and I will try to do it again in a little while. (I keep getting error messages from chef steps and it won't let me input the steps!)

@gennagormley, please attach some photos to the recipe when you make it. I would do it myself but I am on a serious diet that doesn't allow this dish in right now and my husband won't eat it! We had a lovely Seder, thank you. Same to you.
