Hey all,
I recently purchased the Anova and used it for the first time last night in an attempt to make the 75c eggs on here. The end product didn't come out quite as it did in the video but the texture was still amazing. I'm still trying to get my wife on board and be more accepting of this method of cooking. She had raised a question regarding power consumption. Since these circulators will run for several hours or even days, how much energy is being used? What would the consumption be comparable to? I've tried searching online but couldn't find much of an answer. Any insight would be much appreciated.
