I don't know where else to ask this... I'd like to try some quick infusions with my whipping siphon, Like vodka and limes, maybe some coffee and rum. (though we've had it for a good 10 years I never really knew or looked into it's full potential)
So I see some recipes out there, and I bought the .5 pint ISI charger, and from what I see all recipes are using a full pint version, and then using 2-3 chargers, I guess I never knew you could use more than one (safely), never needed to, But I'm leery of putting 3 charges into my smaller bottle, can anyone give me some guidance on this?
Looking back I may have bought the bigger one (probably will still), at the time we were just a family of 2, and even at that it seemed absurd to eat that much whip cream in the time it would stay fresh, and easy enough to make more, so I bought the smaller one.
Any reason to start with 1?, and I fairly certain a second probably won't kill me, doubt I'll ever push 3, I'll report back, probably next week, not sure I'll have time to try this out, leaving town for the weekend.
