We are looking for chefs to join our brigade in the South of France.
Set in a 900 year old ex monastery we are opening an Olympic Training Center that is also an Hotel and vineyard making 20k bottles a year.
We have four food outlets, one of which is a modernist ( ish) a la carte restaurant. Our wines are fully organic and we expect our kitchen to be fully organic by the end of next year
We cannot help with Visas if you are not EU citizen, sorry.
We can supply temporary accommodation while you settle in, but not long term. However, rents are cheap and plentiful here .
We run a classical brigade system and are looking for Commis Chefs and Chefs de Partie ( line cooks and prep cooks)
