Interchangeability of test sieves

Hey all,

I just purchased a few test sieves from affordablesieves.com and am looking to add a couple more to my collection. I found what I'm looking for on ebay, albeit from a different manufacturer. I am wondering how interchangeable one sieve is from the next. Is it safe to assume two 8" sieves from any manufacturer will nest together without issue?

The only way to find out is to try.

Nesting for storage is not a big issue, but nesting a base to a sieve you are using, you would like to be tight as possible to stop movement/undue force on the mesh.
