Stage at michelin starred restaurants

This is my second month of my stage at a michelin starred restaurant, i would like to know what are your experiences and what would you improve

or manage different for a stage?

And all other ideas and comments are very welcome as well.

@randy no money only tips which is about 60 dollars a week.

Do you guys get paid for a stage in america???

i have only staged for single shifts

i have gotten paid for a couple

like 50 dollars

most times just a meal and a drink

ive been wanting to stage around though

i lived in San Francisco and considered going back to stage around there or NYC

what do you do in your off time if you have any?

Thats not bad at all!!!

Well we get a meal as well:-)!!

Free Time what is this:-) no seriously if you have a short day you do 14 hours and a long one 16 hours!

So at the moment no time for anything but i like photography, music,longboarding!!!
