it would be very helpful to have an equipment list (like the ingredient list) so that we can order/purchase the equipment shown or suggested in the recipes.

eg. pastry nozzle used in macarons videos seems to be plastic but when one clicks on the link for amazon for the #6 nozzle, its metal. i have asked about this but have gotten no response. i figured out where you got the disposable pastry bags by carefully pausing the video and seeing the name of the bags. but i have not found the plastic nozzle

Hey @Bill - indeed, making an equipment wiki similar to ingredient wiki is on our list, though it may be a bit before we can get to it. Those plastic pastry tips are from Matfer. I think this is it (http://www.amazon.com/MATFER-BOURGEAT-167106-Plain-Pastry/dp/B008F6FUPQ), but I'll confirm with the kitchen and we can change the link.
