I've taken the siphon class and have a question. Since there are two types of iSi canisters one for cold and one for Hot; What would the procedure be for the hot? did i miss something, maybe i should go over the class again. I'm trying to figure out what the procedure would be for lets say parsnip puree or potato puree and possibly hold the canister in a hot water bain. Is this doable?
