I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me with this. I'm comparing circulators and am curious as to the difference in weight between the Polyscience Classic and Chef circulators. If you happen to have either of these units, could you please share their weight? If owners of the classic series respond to this, please let me know if the weight is with or without protective cage.
