Family visiting soon so played a bit at lunch time today. Agar to make some corn ravioli (this has endless possibilites for both the shell and filling. Used some isomalt to make some encapsulations (toasted pumpkin seed oil, olive oil and chocolate). The encapsulations as well have endless possibilities and perhaps sizes. The temperature is a bit finicky and I used a measuring cup instead of a pot or pan which make made things much easier to do. Still have to play some more but was a nice escape for a few minutes.
