Weird. I never saw the out of stock online until I just clicked on the link. Maybe I got the last one? When I processed my order, it was showing in stock. Maybe they ship from local stores and this is reflected in the online availability?

If you do a product search for VP112, the only result you get is for a doorknob. The only VacMaster vacuum sealer that comes up when you search by brand name is the 110 bar sealer.

@Brendan ebay is a pretty efficient market, so I imagine ebay prices would correct to accomodate the wal-mart arbitrage pretty quickly.

I'm still thinking this is walmart's normal price for the stock they have left and not the new price for this particular model across the board. Walmart is big but I don't think they're big enough to sell this at that price.

@Matthew it would only correct if/when wal-mart starts having a steady supply at that price. It sure would be great if it does though.

On a side note, I can't get the vacuum higher (lower?) than 8 bars, any idea how to improve this? I figure the gage goes to 10 shouldn't the machine be able to achieve this?

All i have been doing is compressing fruits and so far not a single time has the machine pulled all the air out, theres always air pockets. Im pretty sure there is something I missed or am doing wrong, any help would be appreciated!

vac time? seal time? is seal bar fully seated? ensure no moisture at top ob bag ( fold over before placing product in bag to help keep seal line dry). wipe inside of top of bag with paper towel. check seal rubber on unit before you close the lid (it pops up sometimes when you raise the lid).

I think theres a leak in the accessory port, If I plug the hole it goes up to .9 right away.

Gonna have to call the support team cause theres no way i'm going to return it
