I signed up on this side knowing that the some of the techniques can easily be used in cocktail making or garnishing but I was just wondering, are there any other career bartenders on this site? So I'm going to post a wee discussion on what peoples favourite cocktails are to make, drink ect. So I guess I'll start;
Favourite Spirit: I'm not too fussy unless it's vodka (I want a vodka with character!)
Favourite cocktail to make: Aviations (getting that sweet blue grey colour) or anything with egg white is always a bundle of fun
Favourite cocktail to drink: Tequila Negroni, Last word, Unsinkable, whisky and a pint
