I thought I'd start a new thread on this, having discussed with
@Mason and
@Brian on another thread on which blowtorch to get (it's hard to find Bernzomatics in UK!).
Any tips and advice on how to use it safely? I've never really dealt with a blowtorch before (except using a friend's for creme brulee), but would love to have one for cooking sous-vide.
