Favorite dishes, themes, specialty cocktails, sides, condiments, etc. We're halfway through the summer and I don't recall anyone talking about their backyard goings on.
So far, this has been the Summer of Red Meat at my house. (By contrast, last year was Rib-o-Rama) Usually skirt or flank steak, but the Whole Foods I like recently started carrying hanger steaks. Like low-fuss, no-utensil dishes for most outdoor cooking, so tacos are prominent as well.
