cammarata.nick
Was sent this link earlier, and while I think the actual piece isn't very substantive, it brings up an interesting topic. I recently had a conversation about how incredibly diverse Chinese food is, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Nick, China has an entire city related to food in the UNESCO's list: Chengdu (the capital city of Sichuan) :-)
It was nominated UNESCO City of Gastronomy in 2010

Have you read "the Last Chinese Chef"? You'll be hungry for real Chinese food........ not the typical Americanized stuff we have in the US.
