Used Rotovap clean-up?

Has anyone bought a used rotovap and cleaned the glass/unit up and lived to explain their cleaning technique?

Not yet, am still looking for one that's a little less expensive. :-) Ebay hasn't been very good luck for me so far. I was watching an old heston at home video the other day and couldn't help but to laugh when it showed one in the kitchen (which we are to presume is his). LOL!

Does Anyone know if glassware can definitely be cleansed of any previous solvents or anything else dangerous that May have gone into a used rotovap?

People have cleaned up used 'fugues, if there a difference?
