Have you ever wanted to design a new kitchen appliance that will let you prepare food using sous vide?
I am part of an online community that is working on developing sous vide for your cooktop. What we want to do is design an induction cooktop, a temperature sesnor, and a mobile app that would let you cook on your cooktop with precision temperature control. You will even be able to control temperature for other things such as preventing over-boiling your pot, making candies, and simmering your marinara sauce at the perfect temperature.
