Aloha CS Team, I had a question about the blender you use. I am used to the Variable speed on the Vitamix for shearing in MG ingredients. On the Waring link to Amazon, the model has two speeds, high and low. Is this accomodating for the gels and shearing in ingredients on low speed or high speed?
