Folks in the PNW...
I have an obsession with this bacon and go through a few packs monthly. The problem is it's about a buck a slice (ouch!)... I recently picked up a pork belly from them which was much less expensive.
Wondering if anyone has tried it (if you haven't you should... you must). And if there's any bacon experts out there who knows what goes into making their bacon so delicious. I would love to find the recipe!
