Again asking about wild Mushrooms

Hi All, I posted a pic. of wild mushrooms growing along my fence and asked if anyone had some knowledge about the wild ones.

I enclosed a picture of one. I would really love some feedback, on how to tell if it's edible .

I can say this, that is a perennial fungus. Which means, there are no poisonous perennial shrooms. So its safe and more so, perennial fungi are actually very healthy, but tasty and easy to cook... Wood.

Thanks so much for your info. I'll cut the mushrooms and then take Jack's advice also and double check. I do remember how my grandmother prepared them, so now I'm surely going to try.
