Has there been any discussion or thought of adding wine to the CS repertoire?
I'm thinking simple description/wiki of the different varietals, blends, styles and regions.
A basic pairing guide and why - Wine X (or A, B, D) will not over power the subtleness of the dish; The acidity of wine R (or F, H) will cut through the richness of the dish. The wine listed would not be a name but a region/style e.g. New World style Sauvignon Blanc, Alsace late harvest Riesling.
