Three day trip to Florence /Tuscany, not the first time in town as previously seen
all the interesting architectural spots I can concentrate on the excellent Tuscan
and especial Florence stile food.
Mercato centrale is the spot to be if to buy Bistecca al Florentine (Porterhouse) the excellent quality of Tuscan Chianina beef is well known across Europe and certainly I had a 600g size last night. Nicely tender you almost could cut it with a spoon. 3-4 kg will accompany me back home.
