Hi All,
I see ChefSteps recommended the Bentley cookbook and while it never interested me much as I always felt (for some reason) it was more in line with more of a food porn/coffee table book, I was curious if anyone here owns it and finds it useful at a home setting. Obviously if I'm a frequent poster on this forum I'm not a typical home cook as I like challenges, etc. But, that being said, is the book still a bit of a stretch?
General thoughts on the book and whatever else would be appreciated.
Lastly, I live in the USA. I wasn't so sure how well an Australian based cookbook would work for me, so insight on that would be great too.
