Our goal at ChefSteps is to make any location the "restaurant". We want to empower any and everyone that wants to learn to be able to cook these recipes.

Hi Kristi, Welcome to the forum. Chefsteps is located in Seattle near Pike's Place market and is not a restaurant. My understanding is they do cater some events (at least I think so and I'm sure they will fill you in). Although not affiliated, it seems to be more like an arm of (or analogous to) the El Bulli foundation (conceptually). They are building home and professional chefs from a distance through great education and interaction. It's now on a must see list in my book. They have built something remarkable and changes are well beyond the tangible boundaries of the walls they work behind. If only more professions would adopt similar aspirations.
