Hello,
Anyone have any tips or tricks about how to steam something like a fish without owning a steamer/steam oven?
Like if you put water in the bottom of a sieve's bottom pan, then insert the sieve, lay the fish over the mesh, and cover the entire top of the sieve with saran wrap. Then bring the water to a boil and steam the fish.
But, not actually doing that as it would most likely ruin the bottom pan.
Curious if anyone has this figured out. Thanks!
