Restaurant in seatle

Canlis is amazing for a big night out - the food, the service, the place. They require a jacket for men which is a bit weird and old school though. You won't get a table without a reservation so book ASAP if you fancy it (though you can eat a reduced menu at the bar as a walk in). Spur Gastropub is great. Have the salmon crostini whatever else. If you are a chefsteps regular it might seem vaguely familiar... Restaurant Zoe can be brilliant but also a touch patchy sometimes. Joule for an Asian twist and the Whale Wins next door (which is same people as Boat St. Cafe I think...). OK, now I'm hungry...

Spur is near Pike's Market, and I would add my vote to that mix; their food is awesome. I also loved Sitka and Spruce, so if you can get there for brunch/lunch or dinner do so, it really shouldn't be missed.

Awesome. Looks like Grant's list above is really good. I second his recommendation of Boat Street Kitchen. They've the best brunch in the city. Their dinner is also amazing. I highly recommend Spinasse for dinner, as well.
